Catering

Let us take care of all your catering requirements on your Reception Day. With our unique wedding menus available, let our experienced catering department cook fresh, tasty meals on site.

 

The Main Meal

Our famous BBQ buffet is cooked on a large bbq infront of your guests, giving them the rural country experience. All of our food follows our strict ‘grill to plate policy’, with no food being re-heated. The BBQ buffet includes per guest:

  • Cheese Burger

  • Sausage or Chicken

  • Large pasta selection

  • Large Salad selection

 

The Midnight Feast

While it may not be served at midnight, our late evening festival style buffet always goes down a treat, after hours of celebrating! The festival buffet includes:

  • Jumbo loaded Hotdog 

  • Cheesy Chips

The Bar

A wedding venue wouldn’t be complete without a bar. The difference with our bar is the drinks are cheaper than your average high street bar (not typical Wedding Venue Prices). Our bars are fully stocked, staffed and licensed.

Toilets

You will need event toilets for your reception day. We take care of your guests convenience, with our stunning luxury toilets.

- Separate Male & Female rooms

- 1 Male cubical, 1 urinal and wash basin

- 2 Female cubical's and wash basin

- Soap, toilet roll and towels provided

Disco Dome

Keep the children (& adults) entertained with our huge Disco Dome bouncy castle. It ideal for an unusual extra, and has built in speakers and lighting, making it a truly entertaining experience.

Sound & Lighting

Our sound and marquee lighting package will help create the idyllic atmosphere. The marquee lighting will transform the space into a warm and welcoming area, looking even more stunning at night. The sound system provides background music during the day, microphone support for the speeches and the music for the party!

We have created the finishing touch to your special day, creating truly unforgettable memories. Set up and maintained by our team, you’ll have nothing to worry about and can enjoy your time at the amazing Guston Court.

 

  • Toilet Hampers - luxury soap, oils, moisturisers, deodorants & aftershave/perfume. As well as essentials, including mints, hairbands, safety pins and much more.

 

  • Deluxe Fire Pit for your guests to enjoy. Lit and maintained by our staff.

 

  • 100 Metres of Festoon Lighting hanging between trees, marquees and posts, creating an amazing visual atmosphere as well as vital lighting within the paddocks.

 

  • Luxury Golden Sparklers to create a human sparkler tunnel for the bride and groom. Lit and organised by our staff.

A Helping Hand

We will dedicate two members of staff to ensure everything goes to plan. These member of staff are there to assist you, throughout the day, ensuring you do not need to do anything but enjoy your day. These members of staff will also complete duties such as:

  • Parking Marshalls

  • Guest Information

  • Toilet Checks

  • First Aid 

  • Litter Picking

  • What ever you require done to enjoy your day.
